The article contains a second set of faith expression artworks about God based on Old Testament verses of the Bible. Each Bible verse or group of Bible verses is paired with a faith expression artwork taken from the artist’s Blue Faith collection. An exception is a faith expression artwork about “YAHWEH,” which is based on many Old Testament verses and which is not paired with a particular Bible verse. The Bible verses are Genesis 1:1-2, Exodus 17:15, Psalms 19:14, Psalms 46:10, Psalms 100:5, Psalms 110:4, Isaiah 7:14, Isaiah 11:10, Isaiah 52:13-15 and Isaiah 54:5.

The Books of Psalms is a handbook of prayers. It consists of hymns and prayers composed by some Israelites over a period of time and collected by the Israelites to be used personally by each Israelite or by the community. Many of the psalms are attributed to David. The total number of psalms written by David is seventy-three. From the psalms of David, we can understand quite clearly why the Book of Psalms is a book of prayers.

The book of Psalms, which is found in the Old Testament part of the Bible, is a book of prayers. It contains many and various types of prayers. There are prayers for help and guidance and there are prayers for protection and safety. There are songs of praise for God and there are shouts of joy and thanksgiving because of God’s blessings. There are individual prayers and there are communal prayers. There are vocal prayers, meditative prayers and contemplative prayers.

The article contains quotes from King David, the king who was responsible for the unification of the tribes of Israel under a single monarchy. The quotes are lines taken from hymns and prayers assigned to King David in the Book of Psalms.

The article contains quotes from Moses, the great prophet and the great leader of the ancient Israelites or Hebrews. He served as the bridge between God and the Hebrews. Through Moses, God gave his commandments and instructions which were rules and regulations for daily living and the wisdom and understanding of the Hebrews.
